Delivery in all Europe in one working week.

Costs
For all orders lesser than 200€ the shipping costs are of 30 €. For purchases of more than 200 euro the shipping costs are 15% on the total of the order.
For Bijou oline orders, 6,00 € will always be added for shipping costs.

The courier is not obliged to provide for the assembly of the items delivered and the delivery is carried out only on the ground floor.

For every order made on our site will be issued an invoice of the goods shipped, by sending a copy to the email address you entered at the time of the order for the data are authentic the information declared by the customer at the time of the order, within the meaning of the art D. P. R. 445/2000 and DL 52/2004.

Nanan offers you the opportunity, in case you are intended to make a gift, to deliver the package to a different address from the customer's address, by filling a separate field during the order process; of course, the invoice will be sent to the email address you entered at the time of the order process.

At the arrival of the courier is a customer's responsibility to check in the presence of the courier itself:

  • If the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated in the trasport document.
  • If the description on the packages correspond actually on those presents on transport document.
  • If the packaging is intact, perfectly sealed, nor altered. Any damage to the packaging and/or product, or a mismatch of the number of packages or descriptions, must be immediately contested to the courier, and WITHDRAWAL WITH RESERVE BECAUSE THE PACKAGING IS NOT INTACT. Once signed the document of the courier, the customer will not oppose any dispute about the external characteristics of the delivered.

 

Any problems relating to correspondence, the completeness or the physical integrity of the products received must be reported within 3-4 days of delivery by contacting our customer service via e-mail to: assistenza@nanan.it.

ATTENTION:
Please insert during the order process the number of the customer of the country of shipment arrival. The courier will contact the phone number you have inserted during the order process before the delivering. If the courier will be not able to contact this phone number the delivery cannot be made.

In case of failure to withdraw within five working days of the material present in stock at the warehouse of the courier due to repeated inability to delivery to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order, or rejection of the goods, the order will be automatically canceled and will be charged the 10% of the amount of the order and the shipping costs of round-trip to our firm, plus any expenses accrued in stock.

TIMES OF SHIPMENTS
The delivery will take place from Monday to Friday except on public holidays in the normal band working hourly . In Italy all the ordered items within the 12:00 of a working day, if availabble, will be delivered within 5/6 working days.

In Europe all the ordered items will be delivered within 15 working days.

Shipments of fragile articles such as furniture, beds, wardrobes, cradles, wooden articles or trunks may also require 15-20 working days for delivery, becaue they possess a special strong packaging.

The company will warn any delays in deliver to specific conditions.

In no case, will be borne of Nanan srl direct damage and/or indirect for delayed deliver.
